Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, and outreach efforts.
- Help build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Schedule and manage follow-up conversations to support acquisition goals.
- Work with the team to coordinate outreach and improve results.
- Keep track of activity and report progress toward goals.
- Follow office processes and stay compliant with required procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks (school comes first—you’ll still stay on track).
- Comfortable initiating contact and talking with people who may be unfamiliar with insurance—no sales experience required, just confidence and coachability.
- Basic comfort using social media and/or willingness to learn how to manage posts and stories for the business.
